BOARD OF STUDIES GLOSSARY TERMS
Below are the glossary terms as stipulated by the Board of Studies.
Get familiar with these terms and their meanings as they will give you direction when answering questions.
The terms have been arranged in accordance with Bloom's Revised Taxonomy. This means, they have been ordered by level of difficulty. It is important to recognise that the terms located in the bottom half of the list demand a higher level of cognitive thought- where you challenge and question what is being presented to you in order to formulate your own voice, and demonstrate the ability to apply new knowledge to other information your have learnt in order to support your arguments.
The activities presented on this website aim to build your ability to do this.
